Affiliate marketing specialist (Work from Home)

What we are looking for

Create affiliate marketing strategy for the various products and execute
Create reseller strategy and execute it
Work closely with the top affiliates and help them maximize their own earnings. Provide appropriate incentives for them to deliver more (new campaigns, new promotions, etc.)
Oversee day-to-day affiliate and reseller program management campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
Create and execute new campaign ideas, new incentives and bonuses for the program
Develop reseller and affiliate marketing strategies that deliver measurable sales volumes
Attract and nurture new top-level affiliates who have high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists etc. Negotiate custom commercial deals with top affiliates
Constantly analyze affiliate and reseller performance and develop reports for senior management
Organize promotional events, product/feature launches, special offers etc. work with design team to get the creative done and disseminate relevant information to Affiliates
Work with important Affiliate Networks to maximize reach
Capability to work across varying time zones and cultures is also beneficial
Work with the design team and web team to ensure all efforts maximize overall strategy and global objectives (such as building effective back links through affiliate marketing, content placement, social reach maximization etc.)
